Scope and Purpose
The course aims to introduce issues of cross-cultural differences to OSM Thome seafarers who work with international crew. The course brings awareness as to how national culture can influence organizational safety culture.
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

- Describe six (6) dimensions of culture
- Differentiate between high context and low context culture
