Scope and Purpose

The Global Resource Management (GRM) is in fact very similar to MRM (Maritime Resource Management) course. The concept, terminology and objectives are the same. The main difference is that GRM aims at a wider target group, to involve all people and departments from the shore-side with the purpose of establishing a genuine safety culture within the whole company.

    • Situation Awareness (SA)
    • Human Performance and Limitations
