Scope and Purpose
The course aims to provide practical steps and conscientious guidance to help identify, eliminate, and confidently respond to harassment and bullying, and help create a positive culture onboard ship.
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
- Explain similarities and key differences between harassment and bullying
- Describe the importance of organizational culture to effectively eliminate harassment and bullying onboard ship
